Terrameter LS2 supports  64 electrodes,  but it could work with 128 electrode with ES unit.
There are two spread files 8x16_ES_LS.xml and 8x16_LS_ES.xml. But all protocols supports both spreads.  There is not spread file for Pole-dipole array like  4X21RemoteC2.xml.
 ABEM included four protocol files with the unit: 
  • DipoleDipole8x16.xml
  • Gradient8x16.xml
  • Schlumberger8x16.xml
  • Wenner8x16.xml
The protocols for Wenner and Schlumberger array use only one channel of Terrrameter LS2 unit. It results in time consuming measurements. Protocol for Dipole-dipole array uses all channel of ABEM unit but it is use rather short MN lengths for long spacing. Also it is asymmetrical protocol. See pictures.
